Me: I haven't even looked you up yet, Susan. [Typing in customer name.]
Customer: Alright, darn, I was hoping they would have. I'll check back.
Me: Susan, I haven't even looked you up yet. Hang on.
Customer: Okay... Bye!
Me: SUSAN!
